I’m a senior design leader based in Austin, currently Director of Design Systems & UX Foundations at Constant Contact. I’ve spent over a decade making design scale — turning fragmented systems into coherent, AI-ready foundations that both people and machines can build with.

My career started close to the code — building componentized email and UI systems as a UI engineer at RetailMeNot, then a design technologist at Indeed. That engineering grounding still shapes how I lead: I think in systems, tokens, and leverage.
